Who is this qualification for?

This qualification supports active Door Supervisors in meeting new SIA requirements effective from 1st April 2025. It is for individuals who currently hold a licence and need to stay certified with updated learning.

Entry Requirements

Must be 18+ with a valid First Aid or Emergency First Aid certificate (must be valid for at least 12 months).

Self-study workbooks and ACT eLearning (Blue & Orange) must be completed within 3 months of course start date.

If the First Aid, ACT E-Learning, and Self-Study workbooks are not completed by your course start date, you will not be able to sit the course and will not be offered a refund.

How long will it take?

Approximately 26.5 hours with a minimum of 21 hours contact time when self-study is completed.

Assessment Method

Includes a 30-question multiple-choice exam (80% pass mark), 45-minute time limit, plus a Q&A and visual assessment requiring 100% pass.

ID Requirements

Original photo ID (passport, driving license, BRP) and 1 passport-style photo required. Photocopies not accepted.
